Automatically Collected Data

When you visit this Site, the following data is collected automatically by our service providers:

• Usage data: Pages visited, time on page, referral source, browser type, operating system, general geographic region (country/state level only)
• Device data: Screen resolution, device category (desktop, mobile, tablet)
• Session recordings: Microsoft Clarity records anonymized session replays (scroll behavior, click patterns) to help us improve usability. No personally identifiable information is captured in recordings.
• IP address: Processed by Cloudflare for security and performance. Not retained for tracking purposes.

Data You Provide

This Site does not require account creation. The only way personal information is collected is through our contact form, which is processed by Formspree. When you submit the contact form, your name, email address, and message are forwarded to our private email address and stored by Formspree for 30 days. Your email address is never published and is used only to respond to your message.

Tool Inputs

Data entered into our permit checker, calculators, and interactive tools is processed entirely in your browser and is not transmitted to or stored on our servers.

Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained by Formspree for 30 days, then automatically deleted. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months (GA4 default). We do not maintain personal user databases.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any updated policy.
